Maurizio Tamagnini
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Maurizio Tamagnini is Founder and CEO of FSI since 2016 and the former CEO of Fondo Strategico Italiano.
Previously, he was Head of Southern Europe for Corporate and Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and member of its Executive Committee for the EMEA region. In more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector, he was responsible for more than 100 M&A, Debt and Equity transactions for European corporates. He worked in New York, London and Milan.
He is Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of STMicroelectronics N.V..
He is member of The European House – Ambrosetti, FII Institute|Future Investment Initiative Institute in Ryiadh and of the International Advisory Board of the Harvard Medical School of BIDMC.
EDUCATION
He has a degree cum laude in International Monetary Economics from Bocconi University, Milan. He has taken courses at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York, US.
