Carlo Moser
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Carlo Moser is Investment Director at FSI. From 2014 until 2017 he was General Manager at Friulia S.p.A., the holding company of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region.
He joined the private equity sector in 1998 at Investitori Associati, where he participated as partner in the management of Investitori Associati’s Funds II, III and IV. Overall, the Funds raised approx. €1.2 billion and finalized more than 20 investments in Italian SMEs.
Previously, he worked as investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs International in London.
He was sponsor of Crescita SpA, a SPAC that raised €130 million on the Italian AIM market and then merged with Cellularline SpA.
He currently sits on the Board of Nice SpA and Chairman of the ESG-Cyber Committee.
EDUCATION
He holds a degree in Political Economy from Bocconi University, Milan, and a PhD in Public Finance from the University of Pavia.
