Barnaba Ravanne
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Barnaba Ravanne is Co-founder and CIO at FSI, member of its Board of Directors, Chairman of the Investment Committee and Member of the ESG Committee. He joined FSI after 6 years spent at Fondo Strategico Italiano, where he served as Chief Investment Officer and member of the Investment Committee. Previously, he was Managing Director and Partner at Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity and member of the Investment Committee. He was a member of the Investment Committee at F2i.
He worked in London, New York and Milan on a number of growth capital, leveraged buy-outs and restructuring investments across several European countries. He served on the Board several companies in the industrial and services sectors, including N&W Global Vending, SIC Processing, Ansaldo Energia, Metroweb, SIA, Adler Group, Cedacri and Lumson.
He currently sits on the Board of Kedrion Holding S.p.A. and Missoni S.p.A.
EDUCATION
He has a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University, Milan.
