Davide Fonti
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Davide Fonti joined FSI in 2026. He has solid experience in private equity and investment banking, gained in both domestic and international environments. He joined DeA Capital Alternative Funds in 2023, where he was involved in investment activities and portfolio management, with a particular focus on M&A transactions, industrial analysis and strategic support to portfolio companies.
Previously, he worked at Intesa Sanpaolo – IMI Corporate & Investment Banking in the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance team, focusing on the financial and credit analysis of LBO transactions, and at UniCredit, where he took part in the Corporate & Investment Banking Graduate Program between Milan and London.
EDUCATION
Davide holds a double master’s degree in finance-related disciplines from Polytechnic of Milan and Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
