Carlo Bozotti
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Carlo Bozotti is Industrial Partner at FSI. Previously, he gained more than 40 years’ experience in senior roles in the semiconductor industry.
He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of STMicroelectronics from 2005 until May 2018. He was the Sole Member of the Managing Board.
He is currently Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nice S.p.A., a company invested by the FSI II Fund, and serves as Chairman of the STMicroelectronics Foundation. Carlo is Member of the European Round Table of Industrialists and sits on the Boards of Directors of Besi Semiconductor Industries N.V., Avnet and Polar Semiconductor, based in US.
EDUCATION
He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Pavia, Italy.
