PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Matilde joined FSI in 2026 as IR Analyst. Previously, she worked in London as Analyst in J.P. Morgan’s Mid-Cap Coverage team, supporting cross-industry transactions including sell-side mandates, acquisitions for private equity funds, take-privates, IPOs, and debt financing. She also gained experience in J.P. Morgan’s EMEA Tech Investment Banking team, as well as in IMI CIB and Deloitte, focusing on financial advisory and due diligence. She is a native Italian speaker, with excellent English and fluent French.
EDUCATION
Graduated with honors from the MSc in International Management (CEMS) and the BSc in Economics at Bocconi University, including an exchange program at Nova School of Business & Economics, “Nova SBE”.
