Carlo Gotta
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Carlo Gotta is Technology Operating Partner at FSI.
With thirty years of experience in the Finance and Digital Technology sectors, he has built a remarkable expertise in strategy consulting, investment appraisal, deal structuring and negotiation. He has held positions of responsibility within the Strategy, Technological Innovation and Management Consulting departments of major companies such as Telecom Italia, Deloitte, and Reply. In addition, he has also gained a first-hand, significant insight into the world of venture capital (Pino Venture).
A member of Orizzonte SGR since its founding, he has been Investment Director and Founder of the ICT and Technology & Innovation Funds, with a solid track record of PE and VC operations in the fields of innovation and digital technology. Furthermore, he has sat on the Board of several portfolio companies.
He is currently Adjunct Professor of Economics and Management at LUISS Guido Carli.
He currently sits on the Board of Lynx S.p.A.
EDUCATION
He holds a degree in Theoretical Physics from the University of Turin and an MBA in Economics and Finance from the Polytechnic University of Turin.
